PROGRAMME
 We provide Nepali
culture and training for foreign volunteers
who wish to render their services to Nepal. We send
trained volunteers to schools and communities to generate
awareness regarding environmental issues, sanitation,
income generating initiatives, teaching English and
health care.
The volunteer program is available to individuals
or to groups of up to 15 people. Placements range from two weeks
to five months. We also focusing on school groups, university
students, adult groups and professional organizations to create
and run custom programs for cultural visits, service projects,
volunteer works and internship works in the Himalayan kingdom of
Nepal.
With our extensive local
network, experienced staff and comprehensive information
about all aspects of
Nepal,
Our staff is able to develop
extraordinary opportunities
in any corner of Nepal.
Our group program is equal in quality to other international
groups working in Nepal, while our fee is much cheaper (40 -
50%), as we use local manpower and resources to run and
develop our program.
Volunteers are welcome to join the Program
with their children, partners or group of friends.
English
Classes
Placements range from one to five months.
After the appropriate orientation, a volunteer is
introduced to a community to teach school students
the English language. No teaching experience is
necessary, but at least a good knowledge of English
grammar is highly recommended.

Cultural
Exchange and adventure
For any overseas volunteer interested in Nepali
culture, for a period of one to five months, this
programme offers a live-in experience with a Nepali
family, either in the city or in the countryside
-after the appropriate orientation. Throughout this
unique immersion experience, a volunteer has the
opportunity to exchange and share his or her own
culture and customs. Volunteers may stay with more
than one family in different regions of Nepal.

Health Care Project
This program is geared towards anyone who has some
experience in health.
Primary health care services, including reproductive
health, are provided in a Health Center or Outpost,
as well as through home visits. Services include
providing orientation in hygiene, sanitation
and other health topics in schools. A previous
medical or nurse background is required.

Orphanage
Work
The most valuable activity sought by orphanages is for
Volunteers to teach English to the kids. Books are often scarce
at orphanages, but the permanent English teacher usually can
provide you with a standard lesson book to follow. Depending on your own skills and interests, though, you can
also teach songs, music, dance, cooking, or any number of
activities, and generally just spend quality time with the
children.

Building
This program is constantly changing. You
may be involved in doing a number of
different things. You may be helping to
repair a home or a school to make it
safer for the children or helping to
build a playground or simply painting or
gardening to make things look nicer.
If you have special skills that you feel
would be best put to use in a certain
way please feel free to let us know
ahead of time so we can have a look at
what our upcoming projects will be. If
you have specific idea’s for this
program, please let us know what they
are and we will see if it is possible.
We think it’s great when volunteers take
initiative to start up new projects!
There is no age restriction for this
program but anyone under the age of 18
must have parental consent. You
must provide a police record. You may
not be working directly with children
but you may be working close to them if
you are, for example, fixing up a
school. You also need to be in generally
good health with no major problems.
There is no time restriction on this
program.
